Mark Beuker currently is finishing his Master’s degree in Legal Research at the University of Groningen (The Netherlands) and will start his PhD in 2018. He holds a Bachelor in Notarial Law and a Master in Accountancy. His research in Cambridge focuses on inheritance law, especially on conflicts regarding inheritance develop and the roles of professionals involved in preventing or solving these conflicts. An important part of this research is of a comparative nature and to analyse the different approaches of civil law and common law.
