Jo Miles was an invited panellist on the closing plenary "Question Time" style session of the National Conference of Resolution, the family law solicitors’ association, in Newcastle in April. She formed a panel alongside Sir Paul Coleridge, Nigel Shepherd (President, Resolution), Sally Harrison QC and HHJ Rachel Hudson, chaired by Clive Coleman

At a time of significant change in family justice, questions covered a wide range of topics of current concern, including legal aid cuts, the impact of litigants in person and McKenzie friends and the advent of the new Divorce Centres, and looked forward to potential reform of the law in relation to divorce and cohabitation.
