Scherpe invited to speak on ‘EU Family Law and the Potential Impact of Brexit’

Dr Jens Scherpe gave a paper on the potential consequences of Brexit on domestic substantive family law at an afternoon event at Pennington Manches in London, organised by Dr. Michael Wells-Greco of Charles Russell Speechly LLP on behalf of The International Committee & London Regional Group of RESOLUTION on 14 June 2016.

Other speakers at the event were Tim Scott QC of 29 Bedford Row and Nuala Mole of the AIRE Centre.
