In January 2017, Jens Scherpe and Claire Fenton-Glynn joined the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Law, Policy and the Family. This journal is a leader in the field of family law, and publishes articles relating to international and comparative law - an area in which Jens and Claire both specialise.
In addition, Claire has joined the Editorial Board of the Journal of Social Welfare and Family Law. She will take on a role as Co-Editor of the European Law section, which focuses on EU law, as well as family law and social welfare under the European Convention on Human Rights.
These positions add to the already established presence of our members in leading journals, with Jo Miles as Assistant Editor of Child and Family Law Quarterly, and Brian Sloan and Jens Scherpe as members of the International Advisory Board of the Zeitschrift für das gesamte Familienrecht (FamRZ).
