Brian Sloan joins Law Commission Advisory Group on wills

Brian Sloan has been invited to join the Advisory Group for the project on wills being conducted by the Law Commission for England & Wales.

The Group, composed of academics, practitioners, members of the judiciary and others involved in this area, will work with the Law Commission team to provide expert advice and opinion on the policy and proposed recommendations for the Commission’s final Report in this area.
